Roma Finance managing director Scott Marshall says Tracey Martin joining the company as head of sales is “terrific news for the company”.
The bridging and development lender has recruited Tracey as the company embarks on a new phase of growth.
And Scott believes being able to announce such a high-calibre appointment bodes well for the future of the business.
He predicts increased success for the company, allied to the recruitment of someone who he sees as a key player in the business. He said:

"She aims to expand the team by recruiting new field-based BDMs and more office based bridging specialists, as well as growing business lending levels.
