New Kuflink Group CEO Narinder Khattoare has spoken of the importance of promoting talent from within the business to help build on the success enjoyed this year.

Mr Khattoare made his observations after taking up the position and also annoucing the arrival of two new directors at the company.

His appointment comes after the departure of previous incumbent Tarlochan Garcha and further appointments to strengthen the boards responsible for P2P platform, Kuflink, and bridging lender, Kuflink Bridging.

The Kuflink Group boards has welcomed Sukhdev Dhillon and Nattalie Weekes, Head of Collections who, it is said, between them bring a "wealth of financial services experience in senior roles".

Mr Khattoare added that the appointmens mean that the business will benefir hugely from the appointments because of the enhanced balance of professionalism that has been created. He said:

“Kuflink Group has grown rapidly in 2017 and it was important that we could welcome fresh expertise and promote talent from within to spread the responsibilities created by the success of the businesses.

"We are delighted to welcome our new directors. With the strong upward trajectory that has been such a feature of our year, it was important to ensure we had the right complement of experienced professionals on board. We now believe we have the correct balance in place.

"The makeup of the boards also reinforces the importance we place on maintaining complete separation between our P2P platform, Kuflink, and our lender, Kuflink Bridging. Investors can be reassured that investment and underwriting decision making is kept separate to ensure total transparency.

"Kuflink Group has had an extraordinary year and we have now laid the foundations for our businesses to go the next level in 2018.”
